Terminal box
Thanks to its design, the one-piece terminal box is easy to handle and weld. The threads are inserted into the blank directly on the machine. This eliminates the need for additional weld nuts or insert-nuts. Shaped cups as spacers ensure a stable support area at the fixing points. The earthing symbol is embossed directly on the machine, eliminating the need for stickers or imprints. A stepping around the cable entry system stabilizes the sheet metal and enables a flush cover. A roller offsetting tool is used for this.
Thanks to the clever combination of laser welding, formed sections, punching and embossing, the terminal box can be manufactured extremely cost-effectively.
