The advantage of additive manufacturing is the fast development time. In short cycles, prototypes made of plastic were produced, measured, and optimized by our colleagues in the Development department until the assembly had achieved a perfect flow. I then worked with my colleagues to prepare the design for the 3D metal printing process. The innovation workshop then took over production using additive manufacturing. This provided us with a first class result.
