With the TruLaser Series 1000 Lean Edition, you can cut sheets with the widest range of sheet thicknesses (1 - 25 mm)

In fusion cutting, the TruLaser Series 1000 Lean Edition processes thin stainless steel and mild steel productively. You can also use the machine to cut aluminum or brass in a fast and reliable manner.

Cutting parameters for all materials and sheet thicknesses are already stored in the machine software for you. TRUMPF experts have developed and rigorously tested the parameters – meaning you have access to TRUMPF laser cutting expertise on your machine.

Condition checking for protective glass - saving you time and money

Clean protective glass ensures high cut quality for the long term. To ensure this high standard, the TRUMPF cutting unit has a sensor that monitors the condition of the protective glass. Therefore, you only need to clean and replace the glass when required, saving you time and money.

Cutting non-ferrous metal - without reflections

Reflections that occur when cutting non-ferrous metals – such as copper and brass or galvanized sheet metal and film-coated stainless steel – can damage your laser. You don’t need to worry about that when using TRUMPF lasers: they are designed to cut non-ferrous metals just as reliably as you are used to with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum.

Cutting Assistant – Smart optimization of cutting parameters

Improve your cutting parameters quickly and easily with the Cutting Assistant. Choose between the evaluation of test parts in bandwidth mode or AI-supported optimization suggestions with a manual scanner. The function provides objective recommendations for parameter adjustment, saves time and material costs and ensures excellent cutting quality - even with different material grades.
