Our Supervisory Board advises the Managing Board on the management of the company. Together with the Managing Board, it regularly discusses the business strategy and development, and monitors the budget as well as all key investment and acquisition projects. Both sides work together in a trusting, effective and efficient manner. Our Supervisory Board consists of twelve members.
