All of the steps in an order are included, from the 2D/3D part to the finished NC program for bending, punching and laser programs. Here, the software takes into account dependencies between the linked Bend and Cut technologies, as well as the design and ensures a fast production process. Even when working in a team, you benefit from a centralised control system and complete independence from your customers' file formats. Mass and assembly imports are easily managed with minimal effort. HomeZone keeps all work steps of an order in clear view – from 2D/3D design and processing to the bending program, nesting and cutting or punching programs. Thanks to the TruTops Boost user interface with TecZone Cut (Laser, Punch, Nest) and TecZone Bend, all orders are displayed, executed and controlled with clarity and ease.

TecZone

Design even complex sheet metal parts reliably and to a high standard of quality – with the integrated 2D/3D CAD system from TRUMPF in TecZone Design. With TecZone Cut, for example, nesting orders can be optimised with just a few clicks. TecZone Bend combines bending and shop floor programming – regardless of whether you are working in an office or on the machine.

Boost technology

Instant performance kick at the touch of a button – the Boost button lets you control and program your orders interactively, in next to no time. TruTops Boost revolutionises your work with automated processes, regardless of the technology being used. This allows the innovative software to effortlessly offer you suggested solutions. Recurring orders are recognised and can be optimally programmed to a consistently high quality. The new Lean Nest nesting processor and optimised nesting algorithms allow you to optimise use of your material, thereby reducing costs. This is because the processor takes the nesting parameters of the job into account, such as the start corner, parts distances and sheet margins. Lean Nest and the previous nesting profiles are activated as standard. TruTops Boost provides the best results, automatically.

TruTops Boost forms the nucleus of networked production

The combined management of order, parts and material data with TruTops Boost and QuickJob provides an easy starting point for production control.

You can expand your TruTops Boost to suit your requirements perfectly. Options such as (remainder) sheet stock management help you to maintain an overview of your sheet stocks. The part separation helps you with faster sorting at the laser machine.

You can use the modules to expand your programming system for complete production control. All sub-steps from tender preparation and production control, through to stock keeping and delivery can therefore be covered.

TruTops Boost with TecZone Bend

The combination of TruTops Boost and TecZone Bend offers you a variety of advantages. Starting with peak performance when calculating the program, to the real-time collision check, and the intuitive operation and ideal integration of information relevant to cutting – secure your competitive edge.

TecZone Bend and the TruBend Cell 5000 bending cell reduce cost pressure, save time and help you to overcome bottlenecks resulting from the shortage of skilled labour. The Gripper Designer quickly and automatically recommends the ideal gripper based on the imported part. You can then simply change, edit or expand its suggestions as required.

Less set up, more bending

The TecZone Bend programming system creates the programs for your bending parts. The Tool Setup Optimizer option checks which parts you need the same tools for and how the tool stations can be best combined. This enables you to bend the maximum number of parts with only one tool setup.
