TruShop: Flat rate shipping

TruShop: The fastest, easiest and most reliable way to order what you need. Flatrate shipping available until end of July: Genuine Parts and Bending Tools = £15,00 and Punching Tools = £8.95. Special bending or punching tools are excluded.

How does the flat rate shipping work?

From 29th April until July 31st, 2024, you can benefit from flat rate shipping charges by placing your orders for genuine parts and tools via the new TruShop:

  • The value of the Genuine parts flat rate shipping is £15,00
  • The value of the Punching tools flat rate shipping is £8,95*
  • The value of the Bending Tools flat rate shipping is £15,00*

The carriage shown on your quotation will be charged for any other ordering methods. To order via the E-shop simply login to your MyTRUMPF account and enter the material numbers and quantities quoted via the "Quick Order" section on the E-shop front page. Mixed baskets will be charged per technology.
 
* Please note: Special bending or punching tools cannot be ordered via the TruShop.

View all the product details you need to order your spare parts and tools: listed prices and custom prices (now also for bending tools), information on availability, notes on parts bottlenecks and more.
Quick Order

With just a few clicks, order spare parts using their material numbers. Or upload CSV lists with multiple material numbers and order them in seconds. You can also order unconfigured tools via Quick Order.
Favourite list

Create individual lists with frequently required spare parts so that they can be ordered in just a few clicks. You can also add punching tools and non-configured bending tools to your favourite lists.
Exploded views

Identify the spare parts you need directly on the machine by using the exploded view. You can then place the identified parts in the shopping cart directly from the exploded view.
Configuration of tools

Configure your punching tools according to your needs: the TRUMPF E-Shop guides you quickly and easily through the configuration process. Configure bending tools to identify the right combination of material numbers. You can easily configure tools of the same bending profile as a bundle - so you no longer have to look for the individual lengths separately.
Harmonised ordering process

You can finally order your Genuine Parts and tools from one central location: the TRUMPF E-Shop. Switching between the systems is no longer necessary. From now on there is a common shopping cart for your spare parts and tools.
Comply with individual order processes

You can also forward your filled shopping cart via email for checking and approval. In addition, you can import your spare parts directly into your own ERP system using the OCI interface and order them from there.
