Ultrashort pulse lasers

TRUMPF's ultra-short pulse lasers are designed specfically for microprocessing and, thanks to pico- and femtosecond pulses, enable high-precision processing with minimal thermal influence. With power outputs of 10 to 1000 W and wavelengths in the infrared and DUV range, our ultrashort pulse lasers are suitable for demanding industrial applications such as electronics manufacturing, medical technology and the automotive industry. The real-time control of individual pulses allows dynamic adjustment of the laser parameters within milliseconds – ideal for sensitive materials such as battery films. Typical applications include the structuring, ablation, drilling, slitting, joining and modifying of metals, plastics, ceramics, glass and films.
