Our brand new slat cleaner is the perfect solution for laser cutting machines with high laser power and correspondingly hard slag. The newly developed cleaning process is based on a rotating 2-stage cleaning and ensures impressive results. In addition, an innovative electronic box informs the operator of maintenance intervals.

With our part separator, we are presenting another tool that makes work easier for users of laser cutting machines. With the TruTool PS 100, small parts that are connected to micro- or nanojoints can be easily and incredibly quickly removed from the scrap skeleton. And up to 10 times faster compared to manual sorting. 

Our edge milling cutters are used wherever visible edges are created, cutting burrs are cleanly removed or chamfers are required for subsequent powder coating or painting. They can be used to produce chamfer lengths of up to 15 mm. The result: a uniform and oxide-free chamfer quality with high corrosion protection.
