Remote Operation Support - your specialist for the night shift
Recruiting qualified machine operators for the night shift is difficult. Make it easy for yourself: From the Remote Operation Center in Neukirch (Germany), we access your machine, control your night shift and proactively resolve downtimes. This means your automated production runs more productively in multi-shift operation and requires fewer personnel. When will you benefit from a real TRUMPF specialist for your night shift?

If required, we remotely support machine operators in resolving downtimes and provide continuous contact with our TRUMPF experts.

What requirements should you meet?
To communicate securely, use various software, and set up a runtime environment for the remote control of your machine, you’ll need our Smart Factory Host.
As a machine option or for retrofitting, you can purchase the necessary hardware, including smart cameras, cables, and appropriate lighting. The cameras can later be used as dashcams.
A TRUMPF Service Agreement is required so that we can proactively support you and create service cases for you.
