In this version, the external circuit, which is used directly at the point of heating, has an extremely compact design. This means the integration into systems and units is considerably easier. Due to power control from almost 0% to 100%, the generator is ideally suited for use in high-precision, temperature-controlled processes.

The RF generator can be optimally adapted to different system environments due to different options.

TruHeat HF Series 1000 / 3000 / 5000 external circuit

The matching transformer is part of the external circuit. This means the load (induction coil + workpiece) can be optimally adapted to the RF generator so it can always output the maximum power.

Complete system with foot switch

The foot switch turns the generator power on and off from a distance. Connected to the RF generator via a cable, the switch can be placed close to the application. This means you can start the process and monitor heating at the same time.

The selection of suitable system components means that the RF generator can be optimally adjusted to the required application.

Inductors
The inductor geometry is specifically adjusted for the required heating process (ring, line or mold inductor).
Process coolers
Process coolers ensure reliable dissipation of process heat. Versions are available for various power ranges.
Pyrometers and program controllers
Pyrometers are used for non-contact temperature measurements on surfaces up to 3632 °F. A coupled program controller enables temperature profiles to be followed precisely.
Operating program TruControl Power
Using the user-friendly TruControl Power software, the generator can be conveniently operated, configured, and monitored from a PC or laptop.
