The TRUMPF Smart Factory is a demonstration facility that provides our customers the experience of Industry 4.0 autonomous fabrication solutions. We focus on the entire manufacturing process from start to finish, utilizing TRUMPF equipment and TruConnect software solutions. This process provides our customer the ability to have total transparency of their operation. Connectivity anytime anyplace of the machines through TruTops Monitor, accurate production information via TruTops Fab and TruTops Fab Storage. Manufacturing execution system (MES) and connectivity to any Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP).
This is a working production facility incorporating Autonomous manufacturing methods, advance Part tracking, part transport methods with focus on improve throughput, part quality and on time shipment.

Our California facility is located in Costa Mesa/Orange County.
