Crank up the power at any time from 3kW to 6kW to increase cutting speed and capacity. Only use high-power on an as-needed basis for just $2.00 per minute of beam on time.
AdjustLine enables the easy adjustment of the cutting process to materials of different quality. This means less scrap and lower material costs. The operator can switch AdjustLine on or off at any time – programming is not required.
Automatically regulate the height and process control of your cutting until with this TRUMPF innovation.
FastLine was designed to transisiton from piercing to cutting the contour extremely quickly and with higher quality.
More contours? No problem! FlyLine is designed to save you time when cutting complicated designs, adn particularly effective for hole grids. This is due to the laser beam being switched on and off on-the-fly with a high degree of position accuracy.
Automatically adjust the focal position with FocusLine technology. The focus position is adapted by a motor which changes the arrangement of the lenses in the cutting unit.
NitroLine is fusion cutting with nitrogen and a high cutting gas pressure that quickly deflects the melt downward. The result? Oxide-free cutting edges with a lower burr formation.
PierceLine monitors and controls the piercing process. This saves material and preserves the machine, increasing part quality and shortening the piercing time by up to 80%.
The PlasmaLine sensor system is used to detect cutting errors during nitrogen machining. If there is a malfunction in the cutting process, the sensor system triggers a feed hold and prevents the nozzle from getting damaged.
There is no risk when cutting non-ferrous metals with TRUMPF lasers. You will cut non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass, or even galvanized sheet metal and foil-coated stainless steel as reliably as stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum.
Extremely quick, extremely economical: with this Highspeed process, you can reduce your cutting gas consumption for cutting with nitrogen by on average 60%. This is enabled by a patented nozzle design.
