In addition, you prevent machine and production idle times which can quickly cost several thousands of euros per hour. With our unique service network of 71 service sites and over 1,600 service engineers, we are always nearby, no matter where you or your customer are. In the case of new or changing requirements, our experts will provide comprehensive consultation and support during implementation. If required, we will optimise the implemented process in ongoing operation at the customer's site or carry out application consulting in one of our nine laser application centres around the world. Moreover, we offer training courses for your customers in our training centres around the world or directly at the machine. Would you like to provide your customer with customised service?
