Liquid mixers and coolers
This heat exchanger printed from pure copper has more functions than simply removing heat from a medium. It is also a liquid mixer with two separate inlets at the bottom made from thin ducts (1 mm), which connect to form an outlet at the top of the component. The core enables the medium to be cooled. There are two connections on the side for a coolant that absorbs the heat from the mixed liquid. The component is printed from pure copper ETP (CW004A), with a conductivity of 101% IACS, 394 W/(m*K) heat conductivity and a part density of 99.9%, on a TruPrint with a TruDisk 1020 Green with a wavelength of 515 nm.
