With the Dira series, TRUMPF Scientific Lasers offers the world's most powerful regenerative amplifiers for science and research. Our portfolio includes bespoke picosecond and femtosecond lasers which deliver pulse energies up to 1J at kHz repetition rates, based on the established TRUMPF disk laser technology. 

AMPHOS develops and manufactures high-power ultrashort pulse lasers. Based on InnoSlab amplifier technology, laser systems are produced with an output power of up to 1000W, a pulse energy of 20mJ, and a pulse duration of < 1ps. Wavelengths from UV to IR are available. Applications include the field of basic research   and in the material processing sector. The extensive vertical integration of seed lasers, from amplifiers to system technology, enables bespoke solutions.

Access Laser offers high-power infrared light sources for researchers and OEMs. Our lasers help to find solutions in industries including biomedical diagnostics and LiDAR chemical identification. This technology is enabling us to achieve breakthroughs in applications such as the production of metamaterials for GaN semiconductors, graphene and the next generation of consumer electronics.

AFS develops and manufactures customised ultrashort pulsed laser systems for scientists worldwide. The entire spectral range from 10nm (XUV) to 18µm (MIR) is covered by proprietary secondary beam sources. AFS also supplies unique thulium-based industrial lasers at 2µm centre wavelength, which are currently used primarily in the semiconductor industry.
