Smart View provides you with a separate overview of the relevant data for your lasers and laser systems. The data is securely transferred via OPC UA transfer technology and displayed automatically in a clear dashboard layout. Your relevant key metrics are compiled and displayed accurately. You can customize Smart View as required and select one of the Overview, Production and Quality modules. The cloud-based Smart View provides a transparent overview of your equipment at all times, no matter where you are.
Industry 4.0 starter package
The Industry 4.0 starter package is your ticket to using smart services with your machines. You can use the two included products, Smart View and Condition Monitoring, to keep an eye on your machine and increase availability through the intelligent utilization of machine and laser data. The Smart View Dashboard allows you to track the productivity of your machines at any time from anywhere, enabling you to identify where improvements can be made. The centrally recorded and structured data from your equipment is also monitored in our Condition Monitoring Centre. This enables us to notify you if any abnormalities occur and so to prevent unscheduled downtime.

With Condition Monitoring, Technical Service experts and algorithms regularly monitor your lasers and laser systems for the purpose of anticipatory maintenance. The proactive analysis of anomalies ensures that errors are identified before a failure occurs. TRUMPF will contact you in the event of potential problems, such as the cooling water level dropping too quickly or a contaminated filter. Inefficient states are also detected quickly. You can find the results of the analysis in the cyclical Condition Monitoring Reports. You can then discuss the recommended measures with a Technical Service expert.
