Our service packages, from 'Classic' to 'Premium', build on one another and include a tiered range of services. This ranges from preventive maintenance according to a customised check list, to loaned generators, to all-inclusive agreements covering all required spare parts and repairs. As a result of the fixed annual fees for maintenance and operating costs, you benefit from easier planning.

Hotline contract

The price remains the same, regardless of how many TRUMPF Hüttinger process power supplies you have! For EUR 1,500 per year, you can ensure access to immediate, round-the-clock assistance.

We are always available to assist you, even outside normal operating hours
Risk of production downtime is minimised
Fast reaction time outside normal operating hours – you obtain professional help within an hour
Service call by an engineer is planned immediately, if required
Service and costs are independent of the installed basis
Within three months of concluding a hotline contract, you receive a 20% discount on our product training courses

Classic: preventative maintenance

The basis for your success. Extra services from the outset increase the availability of your TRUMPF Hüttinger generator.

Special: maintenance and repair

Service work at a fixed price. Preventative maintenance and rectification of malfunctions on your TRUMPF Hüttinger generator.

Premium: full-service package, including spare parts

Everything is included in this comprehensive service package.

Our Premium agreement combines the advantages of the Classic and Special packages. The package includes preventative maintenance, rectification of malfunctions and the labour and travel costs for our service engineers. This makes your operating costs transparent and easy to calculate.
