Smart View gives you an independent overview of all the relevant data about your lasers and laser systems. This provides you with a sound basis for quick, data-driven decisions. OPC UA transmission technology transfers the data securely for automatic display on easy-to-read dashboards. Your relevant key figures are accurately prepared, compressed and displayed. The modular structure enables you to configure Smart View to suit your needs by choosing from the Overview, Production and Quality modules. Smart View is cloud-based, so you retain a transparent overview of your equipment at all times, regardless of your location.

You have the option of accessing additional detail views if required. This provides you with access to dashboards showing status conditions as well as transparency about advanced device data, error messages that have occurred, device utilization, pending maintenance tasks and changes made to the programs on lasers and laser systems.

All in one place: The overview page enables you to keep an eye on the status of your laser or laser system at all times. From here, you can switch to the detail view for each device. The Overview module also contains a summary of the information from the other modules you have purchased, such as Production and Quality.

Equipment details

Maintain a comprehensive overview of machine utilization over the last 24 hours. You can also view a summary of the information from the Production and Quality modules.

You can view the status of the individual components such as the beam source, optics and cooling water.

Maintenance

Track the full maintenance history and receive notifications about forthcoming servicing work in the maintenance view.
