You can expand your range of parts with high-quality bevel cuts of up to 45°.
As an option, the TruLaser Tube 5000 fiber integrates a process step by tapping threads. The choice is yours because you can insert up to eight tools for tapping threads in the standardised tool adapter.
Produce with even more flexibility: with the new clamping technology, you have even more freedom in terms of the outer circle of round tubes.
Process reliability and operator support
With the one-cutting-head strategy, you can process multiple material types and thicknesses with the laser without changing the cutting head.
Save cutting gas and increase process reliability: The innovative nozzle with patented nozzle geometry enables you to save an average of 33% cutting gas during high-pressure cutting of wall thicknesses from 1 to 3 mm. The increased nozzle spacing also increases process reliability.
The magnetic coupling with bellows protects the cutting head. In the event of a collision, the cutting head deflects, which prevents structural damage. It can then be moved manually into the starting position again. This means that production can be resumed after a short time.
Fast and process reliable – the right way to label parts with a standardised 2D industry code using a laser.
Conveyor tables at an ergonomic height make it easier to unload tubes and profiles. They also serve as a practical material buffer.
Seamless integration of many TRUMPF machines into your own software environment is very easy. We have the right solution for every combination, whether it be integration into Oseon or a connection to monitoring and analysis tools. A connection to third-party software systems is also possible with our interfaces based on the OPC UA standard.
Using the MobileControl app, you can operate and monitor your machines easily and with flexibility as the app transmits the interface of the standard control panel onto the touch screen of your tablet PC. The app enables you to call up different machine information at different places in the working environment of the machine, such as the tube storage, or to change the program.
Quality
Enhance the accuracy of your finished parts when using raw materials with tolerances – ScanLine inspects the tube cross-section and activates offsets in next to no time.
No more manual adjustment: the FocusLine control mechanism keeps the focal position of the laser constant and automatically adapts it to the material.
PierceLine controls and monitors the piercing process. The piercing process is ended as soon as the material is completely cut through. This leads to more accurate results and shorter processing times.
The Spatter Guard spares you the trouble of rework by preventing slag splatter from sticking to the inside of the tube. To do this, it applies a release agent parallel to production – without any manual setup effort.
Programming Tube
The Programming Tube programming system creates NC programs within seconds. The clearly designed user interface makes orientation easier. Design aids for connections are already included in the program.

Loading
Minimise your setup times with the LoadMaster Tube loading unit. The practical bundle space automatically provides the unprocessed material. It is also possible to set up the LoadMaster at the front of the machine. This enables you to adapt the layout of the machine perfectly to your material flow.
Tube storage system with a storage connection
With loading automation you can link the TruLaser Tube machines fiber to a tube storage system. This allows you to load the laser tube-cutting machine fully automatically and unattended. How does it work? A tilt-and-lift station takes the cartridge with the raw material from the store and transfers it to the conveyor unit. This is directly connected to the LoadMaster Tube.
Unloading and sorting
The unloading automation interface with longitudinal conveyor belt is an interface for the automated unloading of finished parts on the TruLaser Tube machine. This is a mechanical and digital interface including a longitudinal conveyor belt. You can flexibly connect the automation of an integrator to this interface to suit your requirements.
