The SortMaster Station separates all parts from the scrap skeleton. This eliminates the need for time-consuming and uncomfortable manual sorting. The SortLine cutting optimisation is applied prior to the actual separation process. This includes strategies to stop parts tipping and optimise the cutting of punching slugs and scrap. This largely eliminates the risk of collisions and part damage. The SortMaster Station cuts parts fully automatically, ensuring process reliability regardless of their geometry. The once unergonomic and hazardous scrap handling process is now fully automated. The separated parts are provided at a sorting station. SortMaster Vision: Sorting without programming

The SortMaster Vision optical image recognition function detects all separated parts and uses AI to compare them with the cutting job on the machine. Strategies for sorting and gripping the parts are developed independently. It does not matter if they have slipped out of place or even overlapped after separating. This eliminates the need for time-consuming programming. This is a real time-saver, particularly when handling small batches or flexible part ranges. Sorting onto pallets occurs on the basis of defined sorting criteria, e.g. subsequent processes. SortLine prevents parts from tipping and tilting, and optimises the cutting of punching slugs and scrap. This ensures the sheets are optimally prepared for separation and sorting.
