Turning made easy
The bending automation turning station completes the direct link between the loading and bending process: SheetMaster loads, the turning station turns the blank, TruBend Center 7030 bends. This accelerates your entire process. No matter how large or small the parts, the fixture turns a wide variety of parts safely and smoothly.
Minimum cycle time
Turning and aligning the parts parallel to production significantly shortens your cycle times.
Range of applications
From large formats to small blanks, the station also flexibly turns preformed parts, e.g. from the punch-nipple punch laser machine.
Gentle on the material
The special design with brushes ensures gentle part handling.
