TRUMPF opens a new Smart Factory in Ditzingen

In the Smart Factory based at the head office, TRUMPF produces sheet metal parts for their machine tools over an area spanning 5,000 square metres. The new fully networked factory also serves as a Customer Center providing particularly small and medium-sized companies a glimpse into efficient sheet metal processing. This makes Ditzingen the third company site with a fully networked factory, alongside Chicago in the USA and Taicang in China.

TRUMPF's Supervisory Board appoints Oliver Maassen as the Personnel Group Manager, taking effect from 1 October 2020.
