The TruBend 1000 Basic Edition is equipped with its very own TRUMPF control system, which enables simple and fast numerical and graphical programming. Meaning you can program faster than ever before.

Predefined variants

The TruBend Series 1000 Basic Edition is available in three predefined equipment variants: The Core Model, Classic Model and Comfort Model. Pick the variant that is right for you.

"RA" control

The "Right Angle" (RA) control is a machine control developed by the TRUMPF Group that enables intuitive and efficient machine operation.

Automatic tool clamping

The automatic tool clamp allows you to change bending tools quickly and easily, reducing your setup times.

4-axis backgauge

The 4-axis backgauge with high reproducibility ensures correct sheet positioning for consistent flange lengths.

Mechanical crowning

The mechanical wedge crowning compensates for deflection and ensures consistent angular accuracy over the entire bending length.

BendGuard Basic

The BendGuard Basic combines maximum press beam rapid speeds with optimum safety.

Machine body and press beam

Computer-aided calculation of the machine components and the use of high-quality materials reduce deformations resulting from the production process. The result: higher part precision.

ZN tools for the Comfort Model

During the processing of galvanized sheets, even after just a few bends, there may be zinc deposits on the die, resulting in cold welding. This causes imprints on the component and imprecision. This can be avoided with the coated LASERdur ZN TRUMPF bending tools. They combine a high level of surface hardness with excellent sliding properties, are corrosion-resistant, and do not need to be cleaned.
