What does sustainability mean at TRUMPF?

TRUMPF is a family business – we think in the long-term and meet our responsibilities. Climate action and environmental protection, a commitment to social issues and the community, and responsible corporate governance are the cornerstones of TRUMPF's sustainability strategy. To this end, we set ourselves clear goals that we consistently pursue.

We want to have as little impact on the climate as possible.

We have been producing on a carbon-neutral basis since 2020. To this end, we have adopted a climate strategy that is based on the 1.5-degree reduction pathway of the Paris Climate Agreement.

We support our customers in their climate protection work.

Our research and development departments are working hard on solutions that save energy and material.

We are committed to our employees and the community.

We create a safe and modern workplace for our employees, get involved in urgent social issues, and support art, culture and educational projects.

Our climate protection strategy "Climate Action 2030" covers our entire value chain – including sites, products and the supply chain. Our production is already carbon-neutral. We have set ourselves ambitious climate and environmental goals for our product development and purchasing processes.
