Amorphous metals
Additive manufacturing
The unique isotropic properties of amorphous metals make it possible to achieve improved acoustic characteristics, high resistance to wear and top biocompatibility. Manufactured using a patented 3D printing process, the housing of the Sennheiser IE 600 In-Ears is made of amorphous zirconium, a metal with a glass-like atomic structure that offers three times the hardness and rigidity of high-performance steel.
Series production with TruPrint 2000
Impressive corrosion resistance
Three times harder than stainless steel
