Data-driven failure analysis enables a faster and more sustainable resolution of errors. Based on the full history of the machine data, our Technical Service Department gains a more transparent overview of the messages and signals. The Technical Service Department can thus identify the cause of the error faster and use it for the data-driven troubleshooting process.
Condition Report*

You will find a report about your machine in our MyTRUMPF customer portal. We regularly evaluate the machine data to identify potential for improvement for the operation and maintenance of your machine. This gives you the transparency to foresee and plan your production times.
