Cut easily without exertion
The TruTool S 250 18V LiHD is the only rechargeable battery shear capable of cutting sheet thicknesses of 2.5 mm in mild steel and 1.5 mm in stainless steel. With this tool you always have an unrestricted view of the work surface and the cutting line. In addition, the compact machine is extraordinarily powerful and you can work without tiring, using only a low feed force. Curves can also be processed effortlessly. This is made possible by the perfectly coordinated geometry of the cutter, cutting table and hand protection. In addition, any collision with the sheet metal chip is avoided during the cutting process, ensuring a very high level of operator protection.

Power-Head Technology
The light metal gear head's ingenious design is specially adapted to the low voltage battery technology. Decoupling the motor pinion from the motor minimizes energy loss and ensures even higher performance per battery charge.
Brushless motor
The powerful BL motor generates higher torques than conventional motors, requires less power and generates hardly any heat. This has a positive effect on battery life and allows you to get the most out of every battery charge. Additional advantage: The service life of a BL motor is almost unlimited because it works without carbon brushes and therefore is not subject to mechanical friction. The result: practically wear-free motors and little maintenance.
Compact and powerful
The 18V cordless machine is lightweight and allows you to work without tiring. The soft grip ensures safe operations with a low level of vibration. All TRUMPF cordless machines are also available as a solo version, i.e. without batteries and recharger. If you are able to use existing CAS batteries, this offers you the opportunity to conserve resources and save costs.
Optimal working speed
You can use the speed controller to adjust the working speed to suit the individual cutting task. This is extremely efficient if you work in accordance with predefined cutting lines or a template. It is also useful for frequent processing of radii and stainless steel. Another plus is the electronic overload protection.
