The SortMaster Station separates all parts from the scrap skeleton. This makes time-consuming and unergonomic manual separation a thing of the past. SortLine cutting optimization is used before the actual separation. This includes strategies that prevent parts from tipping and optimize the cutting of punching slugs and waste. This prevents collisions and damage to parts as far as possible. The SortMaster Station separates parts fully automatically and reliably, regardless of their geometry. The previously unergonomic and dangerous handling of scrap skeletons is now automated. The separated parts are made available at one sorting station. SortMaster Vision's optical image recognition captures all separated parts and compares them with the machine's cutting order with the help of AI. Strategies for sorting and gripping the parts are developed independently. It does not matter if they have slipped or possibly overlapped after separation. This eliminates the need for time-consuming programming. A time-saver, especially for small quantities or a flexible range of parts. Sorting onto pallets is carried out according to defined sorting criteria, such as subsequent processes. 1. Optimized laser cutting

SortLine prevents parts from tipping and tilting and optimizes the cutting of punching slugs and scrap. This means the sheets are optimally prepared for separating and sorting.

The TruLaser 5030 fiber is a productive machine. Many assistance systems and intelligent functions ensure perfect results from the very first part.

3. A new approach to separating

The SortMaster Station separates all parts from the scrap skeleton. Unergonomic and time-consuming separation is a thing of the past. The scrap skeleton is dropped under the SortMaster station.

4. Fast manual sorting

The parts can be gripped more easily and the machine operators gain a quicker overview thanks to the provision of the parts without scrap skeletons.

5. Sorting on autopilot
