The TruPrint 1000 is our compact and highly productive machine, that is ideally equipped for dental technology with its innovative features. Technologies such as multilaser and multiplate enable you to efficiently manufacture metal dentures while the optimized gas flow ensures top component and surface quality. With the preform option, the TruPrint 1000 offers the ideal solution for the cost-efficient production of customized implant abutments. 

The preform option for the TruPrint 1000 is ideal for the precise and quick production of individual single abutments. By printing only the patient-specific portion, you benefit from significantly reduced part costs. Up to 64 individual single abutments can be printed on one preform and subsequently individually removed from the plate – for even greater efficiency in the series production of customised abutments.  

With the multiplate option for the TruPrint 1000, you benefit from a significantly longer machine runtime. The system can accommodate up to four substrate plates in the build cylinder and changes them automatically as soon as the print job is completed – without the need for manual intervention. This enables you to efficiently manage order peaks overnight or on weekends – saving both time and money. 

Larger elements such as removable partial dentures can be produced with our TruPrint 2000 thanks to its larger square build plate. The machine achieves average printing times of less than 10 Min per removable partial denture – for maximum productivity and minimum part costs. You can thus produce complex geometries cost-effectively with optimum surface quality and precise detail accuracy. 

In addition to our TruPrint machines, we offer you the complete package: customised software TruTops Print for data preparation in conjunction with numerous CAM-solutions, monitoring solutions for every phase of the printing process and a global service network. We support you from the production of a sample part in our application laboratory, through prototype production, to production on your own machine. 

Maintain an overview of your additive manufacturing process: With our intelligent monitoring solutions, specifically Powder Bed and Melt Pool Monitoring, you gain full control over the part quality of your TruPrint machine. Powder Bed Monitoring tracks the powder bed during the exposure process, while Melt Pool Monitoring oversees the melt pool. This allows you to optimize your production and quickly identify errors for more efficient manufacturing.
